Training Pups
Training pups is an easier job than training adult dogs and so most people start the training sessions for their pups a bit early. If you also prefer training your pup at an early age, then do not start working out before your pet turns out seventy days or more.
Usually, general training starts as soon as we bring a pup at home. At any early age, pups are not tainted with bad habits, so it is easy to make them learn. So, if you also start training your pup at an early age, it will grab good habits soon. Puppies are at their growing age till they get six months old or more than that, so they eat food and shit constantly. Adult dogs have an advanced bladder control system, but pups do not, so they are not able to control like adult dogs. While brining a pup at home, the owner should treat it like a baby and should be patient while dealing with it. You should give it a short name and call your pup by that name, every time while playing with it. While bringing it home, keep your pup in a small room and lay down some papers on the floor, as for the first few months it would shit anywhere and everywhere. Put its toys, bed, bowl and other things in that room to make it feel comfortable and cozy. In the beginning, it would also chew off paper, his toys and will create a mess, but you need to deal with it patiently. You would require changing the paper daily and accept it as a part of your pup’s life. At an early age, puppies also love playing with shoes, socks and other things and they also drag such things to their bed, so you should not get upset with it, but should teach your pet lovingly that what’s wrong and what’s right. Once the puppy gets a habit to eliminate on paper, it will choose a desired place to do its job and then you can make it learn to go outside and loosen itself. After some time, you will not require to lay down papers in the entire room and remove them with fresh ones everyday. If your puppy is just a few days old, you can also make a home for your pet out of cardboard box or so, as it will help your pup to keep warm. Paper training can be done inside a cardboard box also and once your dog is paper trained, you can take it outside. When training your pup, it is very important to pat him, praise him and even give rewards. Every time it obeys what you have taught, some reward should be given and dog biscuits work the best in this case. Try avoiding scolding or punishing your pet and keep up consistency and patience while training because this will help it to grow well. So, follow these guidelines and help your pup learn more with love.
